Colorado County Selects YoungWilliams for Customer Service

Douglas County Colorado has contracted with YoungWilliams to manage front-end customer service and administrative functions for the County’s Department of Human Services.  Under this agreement, YoungWilliams will provide a supervisor and six employees.  This is Douglas County’s second contract with YoungWilliams: the firm also provides case management staff for the County’s Child Support Enforcement office in Castle Rock.  Additionally, YoungWilliams operates the El Paso and Teller County, Colorado Child Support programs.

YoungWilliams has nearly 1,200 employees in 9 states and 111 offices around the country.  The company’s clients are primarily government human service and child support enforcement agencies.  Established in 1993, YoungWilliams is headquartered in Ridgeland, Mississippi.
