Hooks v. Hooks (Kansas 1988)

762 P.2d 846, 13 Kan.App.2d 105 (Kan.App. 1988)
October 1988

A valid judgment for child support arrearages may be collected and enforced in the same manner as any other final judgment. Like any other final judgment, it may be enforced by execution. A district court has no power to limit execution upon a valid judgment for child support arrearages on the condition that the judgment debtor make regular payments on the judgment.
