Lowrey v. Simmons (Mississippi 2015)

A child support obligation will not be terminated just because the relationship between the child and the obligor parent has deteriorated. The court must consider the role that both the parent and the child played in the deterioration of relationship before relieving the parent from the obligation to pay support and other other expenses.
