Nebraska Enters New Contract with YoungWilliams

YoungWilliams was recently awarded a new contract with the State of Nebraska to provide legal services to 2,800 child support cases in four counties in Northeastern Nebraska: Dodge, Colfax, Cuming, and Dakota.
Services include reviewing all new filings for establishment, modification, foster care, and enforcement cases, as well as handling all court hearings for these cases. YoungWilliams has two other contracts with the State: Operation of a statewide customer service call center in Wausa, Nebraska serving the State’s 105,000 cases, and a full service office in Omaha, serving the 35,000 cases in Douglas County.
Kelly Lamson, YoungWilliams attorney and Douglas County Project Manager, oversees the new contract. “We are working hard to serve the citizens of Nebraska in partnership with the State and Nebraska Counties. We advocate the interests of the State to obtain financial and medical support for children.” YoungWilliams uses its proprietary software, CS Legal,™ to ensure that cases receive timely legal attention and proceed through the court system quickly.
