Wellbank Honored by WICSEC

Mary Ann Wellbank, Vice President of Marketing, received the Honorary Lifetime Member Award from the Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Council (WICSEC) during its 2011 Annual Conference in Austin Texas.  The Award recognizes an individual who has provided outstanding leadership across the child support enforcement program and on behalf of the WICSEC organization.

Mary Ann has been an active member of WICSEC since 1995, and just completed her second consecutive term on the WICSEC Board of Directors.  During her tenure, she provided leadership to the committee that developed and implemented WICSEC’s popular Interjurisdictional Fair, an annual conference event that provides a forum for child support professionals across North America to network, share contact information, and discuss program issues.  She also co-authored the Interjurisdictional Pledge, a commitment to cooperate and eliminate barriers associated with shared cases,  that is signed by hundreds of IV-D workers each year.
