Carla West was elected president of the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Enforcement Association (ERICSA) at its 2014 annual conference held in Greensboro, North Carolina.  West, who oversees YoungWilliams’ thirteen contracts in North Carolina, has been on the ERICSA Board of Directors for the past six years.  She has served in leadership roles with other non-profit groups including the New Hanover County Partnership for Fatherhood, the Nebraska Child Support Enforcement Association, and the North Carolina Child Support Council.  She has also been active in the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) as a presenter, magazine article contributor, and Web-Talk committee member.

West possesses over seventeen years' child support experience.  She holds a Master’s of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Science from Bellevue University, Bellevue Nebraska.

“ERICSA is an outstanding organization dedicated to training and facilitating communication and partnerships across the child support community’, West stated. “ I am honored to serve as its president and work with the amazing group of dedicated individuals who make up the Board of Directors."

As a company, YoungWilliams supports and encourages its employees to become involved in organizations that benefit the child support community and the families it serves.  Many of YoungWilliams’ child support professionals and attorneys serve on state and local boards and committees of the private bar. YoungWilliams’ Virginia Call Center Manager, John Hale, is one of ERICSA’s current directors, and Colorado Project Manager, Jeff Ball, is a past president and honorary life member of that organization.  Nebraska Call Center Manager, Lori Bengston, and YoungWilliams’ Vice President, Mary Ann Wellbank, are former presidents of the Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Council (WICSEC), and NCSEA, respectively.
