DNW v. State, Dept. of Family Services (Wyoming 2007)

Presumed father (holding the child out as his own) married mother and signed a paternity acknowledgment making him an acknowledged father. In divorce, presumed father and mother agreed presumed father was not the biological father and court allowed his removal from birth certificate. Genetic tests proved another man was biological father. Court decided acknowledged father (did not discuss presumption) is child’s father.
