Hollingshead v. Hollingshead (Wyoming 1997)

In the absence of statute, a decree for periodic payments of child support creates sequential judgments enforceable under the statutory procedures for enforcement of judgments.  Where a mother did not execute on periodic child support payments within 5 years of their becoming due, the judgments became dormant, subject to revival within 21 years.
