Congratulations (Promotions)

YoungWilliams is pleased to announce that Becky Hunt has been promoted to Vice President of Contact Centers. In this position, Hunt will oversee YoungWilliams’ contact centers in Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, and Virginia and develop operational standards that will streamline current processes and improve the efficiency of each center. Previously, Hunt served as Director of Project Management Office (PMO) where she oversaw the implementation of YoungWilliams projects during the last six years.

“YoungWilliams is already a leader in statewide and regional contact centers helping families across the country improve their lives,” Hunt said. “I look forward to creating and communicating a vision for all YoungWilliams contact centers and work with the great staff already in place to meet our contract service level agreements.”

Under Hunt’s leadership, PMO never missed a go-live date for any of the more than 100 projects and offices undertaken. This includes the transition of Mississippi child support services from the state to YoungWilliams, which included opening nearly 30 office locations across the state. Before joining YoungWilliams in 2016, Hunt was the Director of Business Operations for SkyHawke Technologies for six years and prior to that served in multiple roles for USA Mobility, including Vice President of Systems Development.

For more than two decades, YoungWilliams has contracted with state and local government agencies to deliver services in the areas of child support, health, human services and other public assistance and self-sufficiency programs. Its operations include statewide customer service centers, local child support offices, payment processing centers, and intake and business processing centers. A focus on the needs of customers has earned YoungWilliams several awards for excellent customer care. Headquartered in Ridgeland, Mississippi, YoungWilliams operates projects across the United States.
