Partnership

JP Morgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm with assets of $1.4 trillion and operations in 50 different countries, selected YoungWilliams as its strategic partner to provide the customer service components of the Kansas Payment Center (KPC), the statewide disbursement unit for child support payments. The Center will process payments for the 130,000 cases in the Kansas child support enforcement program. YoungWilliams will handle all incoming calls regarding these payments and will be responsible for researching payments that don’t contain sufficient information to be posted to a case.

In its winning proposal, JP Morgan Chase provided the reasons for selecting YoungWilliams as part of its team, “YoungWilliams brings a reputation for excellence in providing customer service and call center services to child support agencies across the country.” YoungWilliams also provides direct experience in Kansas, partnering with the State to provide enforcement services for 23,500 cases in 18 Kansas counties.

“We are pleased to collaborate with JP Morgan Chase on the KPC. The state-of-the art payment processing center offered by this team will ensure that child support payments are promptly recorded and disbursed to families. Our role in this project is to ensure that Kansas families receive prompt, courteous, and informative responses to their questions about payments. This is not a responsibility we take lightly. Exemplary customer service is an integral part of our business focus,” stated Rob Wells, President of YoungWilliams.

Leading the YoungWilliams Customer Service and Exception Processing Team in Topeka, Kansas is Brenda Hayes, former Public Service Executive with the State of Kansas. Brenda has over 23 years child support experience with the State and brings both program and systems expertise to this project.

Headquartered in Jackson, Mississippi, YoungWilliams began working in the child support enforcement program in the early 1990’s. Since that time, YoungWilliams has become one of the largest, most trusted providers of child support services in the country. In addition to operating child support customer service centers, YoungWilliams provides a wide range of operational and consulting services under contract with state and local child support agencies.
