New Contracts

YoungWilliams has been awarded a contract with the State of Wyoming for Paternity Establishment Consulting Services. Under the one year agreement effective August 1, 2006, YoungWilliams will review Wyoming’s paternity establishment program and will design and implement changes approved by the State to its paternity establishment process.

YoungWilliams submitted a winning proposal in response to Wyoming’s Request for Paternity Consulting Services for the Department of Family Services Child Support Program. The contract is for a one year period beginning August 1, 2006. As part of the project, YoungWilliams will examine processes, procedures, reports, and performance for paternity establishment in Wyoming child support offices, hospitals, and Office of Vital Statistics. YoungWilliams’ consulting team includes three former state child support directors and one former state field operations director.

YoungWilliams President and Lead Consultant Rob Wells announced, “We are very excited about this project and working with the Wyoming Child Support Management Team. Paternity establishment is extremely important to the well-being of children. We hope to provide information and insights to help the State enhance its already outstanding child support enforcement program.”

In partnership with state and local governments, YoungWilliams provides a wide range of child support services, including full service operations, customer service call centers, project management, and consulting.
