New Contracts

Quality services. The customer experience. Community investment. New Hanover County and YoungWilliams will continue their focus on these priorities as they enter into a fourth consecutive contract for YoungWilliams to provide child support services.

“I am excited about this continued partnership,” said Tammy Pearson, the North Carolina Operations Manager for YoungWilliams. “We value our relationship with the County and will continue building strong relationships with the families we serve.”

New Hanover was YoungWilliams first full-service office in North Carolina. YoungWilliams began managing operations in 2004. The child support office provides a spectrum of services including: intake, location, paternity establishment, support and medical order establishment, order enforcement, modification review, and working with other states when a parent resides outside of North Carolina. The project serves more than 6,200 cases.

“Our experienced team is dedicated to seeking innovative methods to meet the needs of New Hanover families,” said Alyssa Harrell, New Hanover County Project Manager. “We have excellent corporate support and collaborate frequently with community partners.”

The New Hanover office recently received upgrades to improve the customer experience. YoungWilliams installed a new phone system, computers, and security safeguards. This set the stage for the next step – technology to improve case management and document imaging.

YoungWilliams operates child support offices in these North Carolina counties: Beaufort, Bertie, Camden, Chowan, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Hertford, Hyde, Martin, Onslow, Pasquotank, and Perquimans.
